These terms apply to all ticket purchases and attendees at events promoted by Raku Events (a trading name of Rakuevents Ltd, company no. 13853791). By purchasing a ticket to a Raku Events event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Tickets

Tickets are sold subject to availability through our authorised ticketing partners. The purchase contract is between you and the ticketing agent named on your ticket. Please read their terms of purchase carefully before completing a transaction.

All ticket sales are final. Raku Events does not offer refunds except where an event is cancelled or rescheduled (see below).

Tickets remain the property of Raku Events at all times. A ticket is only valid if purchased through an authorised ticketing partner. Only one entry per barcode or ticket reference will be permitted. Screenshots or copies of tickets may not be accepted, so we encourage you to follow the instructions provided by the ticketing platform.

Age restrictions and ID

Some events operated by Raku Events are subject to age restrictions. Please check the event listing carefully before purchasing a ticket. If an event has an age restriction, you may be required to provide valid photo ID at the door. Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of entry, and no refund will be given in such circumstances.

Resale and secondary ticketing

Raku Events does not authorise the resale of tickets above face value. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to use a face-value resale platform. We do not support or endorse any platform that facilitates resale above face value. Please be aware that tickets purchased from unauthorised resellers may be void on entry.

Cancelled or rescheduled events

If an event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded automatically via your original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement by contacting us at [email protected].

Force majeure

Raku Events shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, or change to an event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, pandemic, strike, civil unrest, government action, or the inability of an artist to perform due to illness or injury. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to reschedule the event where possible and will communicate with ticket holders as soon as reasonably practicable. Refunds in force majeure situations will be offered at our discretion and in accordance with the terms of the relevant ticketing partner.

Artist and lineup changes

Raku Events reserves the right to make changes to the advertised lineup, including the addition, removal, or substitution of support acts and special guests. Changes to support acts or guests do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. In the event that the headline artist is unable to perform and a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will endeavour to cancel or reschedule the event in accordance with the section above.

Venue rules

Attendees must comply with the rules of the venue at all times. Raku Events and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of venue policy. It should be noted that no refund will be given in such circumstances.

Liability

Raku Events accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at an event, except where caused by our negligence or breach of statutory duty. You attend events at your own risk.

Intellectual property

Photography and video recording at events may be restricted. Where permitted, recordings are for personal use only. Commercial use of any recordings, images, or artwork associated with Raku Events events requires prior written consent.

Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. We encourage you to review them periodically. Your continued purchase of tickets to Raku Events events after any modifications will constitute your acknowledgement and agreement to these changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
